ESCAPE is now a nominated short film! Composer Marinho Nobre has been nominated for "best score on a short film" at this year's Park City Film Music Festival.

The film is screening in Utah on May 20th at 12:25 pm.

GenArt Film Festival

Taking a break and just enjoying the movies, Chilembwe Mason of Juneteenth Works and Kelvin C. Bias of Formula X films attended the 2010 GenArt Film festival in NYC for the premier of Elektra Luxx. Escape actress Tatyana Lopez joined the crew.

although I wasn't able to attend the festival, I'm happy to say Escape made its debut at the Arizona Black Film Festival in March.

Happy New Year. I hope 2010 (the year we make contact) treats you well. And besides the start of a new decade, there's something else to celebrate. I've recently completed filming on my first feature film, NOCTAMBULOUS, a psychological horror/dark drama. To help with post-production costs, the producers, including myself, will be hosting a post-production fundraising party. Come celebrate with me to see the extended trailer plus a screening of the short film "Escape" by Chilembwe Mason. Let's have some fun and make some new contacts in the new year.
