A man has one choice in his life, he considers all of past deeds and failures. As the love of his life as ponders the choices she's made in their relationship, she realizes his plan and that she must quickly stop him. A 5 minute, 16mm black/white short film. Shot on location in New York City.

Cannes Short Film Corner - "The Love of Lazarus"
"The Love of Lazarus" written and directed by Kelvin C. Bias and produced by Juneteenth Works is headed to Cannes Short Film Corner. Any film playing in Cannes during this time is an honor. This film also stars Chilembwe Mason, from Juneteenth Works. here's a synopsis.
The Love of Lazarus Lazare reinvents one of the oldest stories known to man. In the waning moments of immortality, Lazarus recounts the events of his strange life to his last love, Anne Wheeler, as he awaits death in a solitary hospital room. Before a solar eclipse ends, he must make a final decision-one that will dramatically alter the lives of Anne and a mysterious visitor.
